In line with Covid-19 public health guidelines and restrict the spread of the virus, our office is currently closed and office based staff are working remotely until further notice. Unfortunately this has caused some disruption to our usual administrative processes and other working practices. However, please be assured that we are doing our utmost to respond to all enquiries and donations as quickly as possible and we are extremely grateful for your patience and consideration during this period.

Following the Welsh Government’s decision to raise Wales’ Covid-19 alert level to Alert Level 4 some from Sunday 20 December all our charity shops also remain closed until the alert level is reduced and non-essential retail is allowed to reopen.

We would like to thank all our customers, staff and volunteers for their incredible efforts and continued support over this difficult period, and look forward to welcoming you back when the situation allows. Please be aware that we are unable to receive any donations of goods while the shops are closed and we respectfully ask that people refrain from leaving any donated goods outside the shops at this time.

For more up to date news on the situation and more information on other ways you can support Cancer Research Wales, please continue to visit the relevant pages on our website Our social media pages are also regularly updated.

In the meantime, please do all you can to remain safe and reduce the spread of Covid-19, please monitor and follow Welsh Government guidance.

The health of our beneficiaries, their families and friends will always be at the forefront of what we do, and that will never change.  Remember, if you have any concerns about possible signs and symptoms of cancer it is important that you contact your GP.
