Daniel helped to organise the Legends Night event with Cardiff City FC, and also took part in the Christmas Gift Wrap and Trek for Tomorrow.

Ruth took part in our 2016 overseas trek across the Sahara Desert, and our 2019 trek through Iceland. Ruth also presents our annual Christmas Ball.
